This is a fully on-site position requiring daily presence at our office/warehouse.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 8:30pm.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of inventory, including planning, purchasing, and receiving materials to support our solar energy installations. This role ensures timely reordering and sourcing of products while coordinating with distributors to maintain smooth operations. The Specialist will also handle on-site deliveries, perform frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), and utilize strong computer and communication skills for inventory tracking and operational tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Oversees inventory management, including planning, purchase orders, and product receiving.
• Reorders and sources materials as needed to maintain stock levels.
• Coordinates with distributors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Receives on-site deliveries and maintains warehouse organization.
• Utilizes computer systems, Excel, and CRM software to maintain inventory tracking and database.
• Performs frequent lifting (up to 50-75 lbs.) safely and consistently throughout the day.
• Additional duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience (preferably in solar, construction, or energy).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience with Excel and CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of the alternative energy or solar industry is preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
