The 3STEP reach spans 40+ states and serves more than 3.2 million athletes across nine sports through industry-leading events, nationally spanning club programs, premier media content and more. The mission of 3STEP is to be the standard of the youth sports experience and create consistency in the industry.
Currently 3 Step Soccer NE comprises of 3 prominent clubs and a USL 2 semi-professional team. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates wanting to gain experience in all aspects of content capture, storage and digital editing.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Takes live fast-action photos at outdoor and indoor sporting events; photographs individual athletes, game/stadium action, fans, practices, and community events.
- Shoots and edits videos at outdoor and indoor sporting events; videos individual athletes, game/stadium action, fans, practices, and community events; may create motion graphics.
- Edits video and sound to produce game highlights and promotional material.
- Uploads photos and videos for easy retrieval; maintains a consistent digital asset management system.
- Provides fast turnaround of images for web, social media, and news media requests.
- Assist with generating content on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
- Disseminates videos and photographs to media or other third parties as directed.
- Travels to various games, camps and events to capture shots and video footage.
- May assist other event personnel in the set-up, operation, and clean-up of event venues as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge/Interest in sports or specifically, soccer
- Interested in pursuing a career in photography, videography or media
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism within media work zones
- Ability to work in an extremely demanding, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must have your own transportation
USL DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA
Duties & Responsibilities
- Write and report on the club, players, and coaches both on and off the field.
- Interview coaches and players and assist with transcribing quotes for the club’s digital use.
- Assist with generating content on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and interest in sports.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Internship Packages Available: Paid position, plus Nike gear.

*Summer Camps begin in June and will run until mid to late August. A schedule will be provided based on the camp schedule.
*Must be available for all USL 2 home game matches (May 13, May 16, May 20, May 26, June 25, June 28, July 11)
