El Toro Auto Group is seeking a creative and driven Videographer & Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video and digital content that showcases our dealerships, vehicles, employees, and customer experiences at Ford of Boerne and Ford of Pleasanton 🚗

The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video, understands social media trends, and has strong experience with video editing software and digital content production.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and produce high-quality video and photo content for use across social media, TV, websites, and digital marketing campaigns 🎬
• Create engaging content featuring vehicle walkarounds, dealership promotions, employee highlights, customer testimonials, and event coverage (some events on Saturdays and evenings) 📅
• Edit and produce professional video content using industry-standard editing software 💻
• Manage and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Apple Maps, and other dealership platforms 🌐
• Collaborate with dealership leadership and sales teams to develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional content 🤝
• Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to improve content strategy 📊

Qualifications

• Experience with video production, filming, and editing
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar platforms
• Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand presentation
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between dealership locations
