Videographer and Social Media Assistant

Salary/Position Classification

• 14.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 5-10 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Capture video through UND events, prospective student outreach, current student happenings and assist in the creative development for social media posts.
• Following all S&P guidelines from our Safety Department and getting proper approvals when needed.
• Working location could be throughout Odegard Hall, as well as other UND Campus locations. 

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with the equipment used for video and photo production.
• Having an eye for design, composition and keeping up to date on videography and photography trends.
• Ability to work without direct supervision
• Responsibility to complete projects in a reasonable amount of time.
• Attention to details.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
