About the role

  • Join our dynamic video production team as a Videographer/Editor, where you’ll play a key role in all stages of the creative process—from concept development and filming to editing and distribution. You’ll collaborate with our Senior Video Producer, Social Media Content Creators, and Directors to bring stories to life.
  • This role includes creating engaging content for multiple platforms, supporting live productions, and traveling as part of The Blue Collar Tour, a two-month nationwide tour to high schools across the U.S. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment, this is the opportunity for you.

What you'll do

  • Film, edit, and deliver high-quality content on tight deadlines.
  • Produce podcasts & manage live streams (including Members Only Facebook Live).
  • Maintain video/audio equipment & organized file systems.
  • Oversee and grow WWA’s YouTube channel with weekly video posts.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director & team on creative projects.
  • Serve as tour videographer during nationwide travel.

What We’re Looking For

  • Video production or editing experience (0–3 years).
  • Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram & other platforms.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Willingness to relocate to Gillette, WY and commit to a 50-hour work week.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in video production or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong video/audio editing skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Willingness to relocate to or be based in Gillette, WY
  • Availability to work a 50-hour work week
