As a Video Editor & Videographer, you’ll help bring compelling, Christ-centered stories to life—from full-length documentaries to dynamic short-form pieces that engage people around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Craft Stories That Matter: Collaborate with producers, directors, and other editors to shape stories that illuminate Scripture and stir hearts.
• Edit with Excellence: Ingest, sync, organize, and edit video content—from social shorts to feature-length films—using industry-standard tools and workflows.
• Support Productions Hands-On: Serve on set as a videographer, camera operator, audio tech, or production assistant to help bring projects to life.
• Keep Creative Flow Organized: Maintain efficient editing workflows and manage file archiving, handoffs, and delivery across post-production teams.
• Collaborate Across the Ministry: Partner with teams in publishing, marketing, and other departments – in addition to supporting special initiatives like the Center for Bible Engagement or Artos Academy - by writing, producing, and editing videos.
• Contribute to What’s Next: Bring your ideas and creativity to the table as part of a team that’s shaping the future of visual ministry.
• Travel for the Mission: Support filming opportunities around the world—up to 8 weeks of domestic and international travel annually.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in film, media, or production
• 2–5 years of professional video/film production and editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with AVID Media Composer is a plus
• Experience with color grading (Davinci Resolve) and motion graphics (After Effects) is a bonus
• Organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a strong creative eye
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
