Vehicle Photographer/Inventory Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Photographer/Inventory Assistant to join our dynamic team at Purdy Hyundai of Broken Arrow. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing photo and video content of our vehicle inventory on the dealer supplied iPad/tablet for online listings. As well as assisting with the organization and presentation of incoming and outgoing vehicles. The job duties for this position are primarily performed outdoors in varying weather conditions, while also assisting with tasks inside the dealership when necessary.

Essential Duties

• Inspects vehicles as they arrive on the lot for damage/mechanical concerns.
• Records the description of damages and lists missing items on the delivery receipt.
• Parks new/used vehicles in assigned areas.
• Moves sold vehicles to maximize use of space and keep the lot in order.
• Photographs detailed ready inventory
• Assist with checking in fresh inventory, ensuring all vehicles are correctly tagged, vehicle keys accounted for, and recorded in inventory systems.
• Facilitates the vehicle process flow between sales and service departments.
• Helps maintain organization and appearance of dealership, inside and outside, and ensuring vehicles are properly secured and presentable.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License
• Clean driving and criminal record
• 1-2 years of related experience
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
• Maintains a positive attitude and working environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
