DESCRIPTION OF PROGRAM SERVICES:
The Urgent Accommodation Voucher Program for Transitional Age Youth (TAY) is a low barrier model that creates a safety net for TAY to quickly access an adequate and safe place to stay for a limited time. The program provides for emergency hotel placement operations and supportive services, including linkages to existing programs such as Coordinated Entry, harm reduction services, public program benefits, health services, and behavioral health.
SUMMARY:
This position serves clients receiving Urgent Accommodation Vouchers for 14-day hotel stays for Transitional Aged Youth (TAY). This position’s focus is securing and maintaining relationships with hotels that will allow hotel stays for TAY. And the role will also interact with clients and other referring partners and will assist with the booking of the hotel stay. This is a full-time, non-exempt, union position.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
LOCATION: 700 Eddy Street, San Francisco
SALARY/BENEFITS: The UAV Program Coordinator starts at $29.00per hour.
