This position is contingent upon award and a secret security clearance is required. The location is subject to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Support design interface efforts by analyzing Human Systems Integration (HSI), maintainability, reliability, and other performance factors that impact UAS lifecycle sustainment.

  • Assist in reviewing technical data, engineering change proposals, and logistics documentation to support maintenance planning and supportability assessments.

  • Develop, revise, and format technical documentation including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs); perform digital content updates in XML using tools such as Arbortext.

  • Coordinate and support cybersecurity training event planning and execution aligned with DoD requirements and operational training objectives.

  • Lead or assist in the management of cyber training scenarios, ensuring effective scheduling, team coordination, and training environment readiness.

  • Provide project oversight across concurrent tasks, ensuring timely delivery of documentation, data, and support materials under varying scopes and deadlines.

  • Manage documentation tasks, including the creation, organization, and archival of program deliverables, memos, briefings, and correspondence.

  • Assist with operations management tasks such as task tracking, meeting coordination, report preparation, and brief development for stakeholders.

  • Communicate effectively across teams and functions to ensure alignment of technical content, training activities, and documentation support.

  • Collaborate closely with program management, engineering, and logistics personnel to support integrated sustainment and training efforts.

  • Adhere to the company's AS9100 policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, cybersecurity, or management discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including planning and managing cybersecurity training within the DoD community.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scopes and timelines.

  • Skilled in both independent work and team-based collaboration, particularly in cyber and logistics-focused training environments.
