This position is contingent upon award and a secret security clearance is required. The location is subject to change.
Responsibilities:
Support the execution of Product Support Management across the lifecycle of UAS systems, including planning, coordination, and integration of sustainment strategies.
Assist with development, review, and maintenance of program documentation, such as acquisition logistics documents, contract deliverables, and sustainment plans.
Conduct detailed research, correlation, and interpretation of technical data to develop clear and concise technical documentation in support of program requirements.
Prepare and manage document repositories; track updates and maintain version control for program publications and deliverables.
Coordinate with program stakeholders to ensure documentation complies with U.S. Army and DoD acquisition standards.
Support the Document Management process including preparation of memoranda, tasker responses, meeting minutes, and record-keeping.
Contribute to data calls, presentations, briefings, and formal correspondence in coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Assist in the creation and editing of technical and logistical documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools.
Ensure all documentation activities meet applicable security and classification handling procedures.
Education:
Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent in a related technical or military discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to technical documentation and military systems support.
Background may include technical or military school training in military equipment disciplines.
Must be proficient in interpreting and preparing technical documentation, as well as using relevant software tools.
Experience working with DoD logistics, acquisition, or sustainment programs is preferred.
