This position is contingent upon award and a secret security clearance is required. The location is subject to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of Product Support Management across the lifecycle of UAS systems, including planning, coordination, and integration of sustainment strategies.

  • Assist with development, review, and maintenance of program documentation, such as acquisition logistics documents, contract deliverables, and sustainment plans.

  • Conduct detailed research, correlation, and interpretation of technical data to develop clear and concise technical documentation in support of program requirements.

  • Prepare and manage document repositories; track updates and maintain version control for program publications and deliverables.

  • Coordinate with program stakeholders to ensure documentation complies with U.S. Army and DoD acquisition standards.

  • Support the Document Management process including preparation of memoranda, tasker responses, meeting minutes, and record-keeping.

  • Contribute to data calls, presentations, briefings, and formal correspondence in coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

  • Assist in the creation and editing of technical and logistical documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools.

  • Ensure all documentation activities meet applicable security and classification handling procedures.

  • Adhere to the company's AS9100 policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related technical or military discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience directly related to technical documentation and military systems support.

  • Background may include technical or military school training in military equipment disciplines.

  • Must be proficient in interpreting and preparing technical documentation, as well as using relevant software tools.

  • Experience working with DoD logistics, acquisition, or sustainment programs is preferred.
