We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor / Survey Manager to lead and manage survey projects across a range of disciplines, including construction, mapping, utility location, land division, and subsurface utility engineering (SUE). This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing survey crews, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and building strong relationships with clients. Plan, organize, and direct field survey crews and technicians.
Manage project workflow, budgets, and billing across multiple crews.
Perform QA/QC checks on all survey deliverables.
Lead business development efforts for the surveying discipline.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or MicroStation/InRoads.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local surveying regulations.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Experience with subsurface utility engineering (SUE) techniques.
Familiarity with aerial mapping, LiDAR scanning, and drone (sUAS) surveying.
Prior client management or business development experience.
95% office-based with occasional field visits.
Travel may be required to project sites or client meetings.
