Semper Solaris is looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Technician. Under the general direction of the Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Technician performs a wide variety of Warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will be motivated, teamwork oriented, dedicated, reliable and dependable.

A Warehouse Technician is required to perform job duties inclusive of but not limited to the following:
- Cleaning and organizing the warehouse
- Staging vehicles and jobs with the appropriate materials and equipment
- Takingâ¯accurate inventory countsâ¯
- Maintaining accurateâ¯inventory levels
- Performing various janitorial work inside both the warehouse and office
- Communicate and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure all material inventory is correct for the success of a project.â¯
- Gather, prepare, and stage all materials and equipment for appropriate jobs.â¯
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in warehouse.â¯
- Ability to successfully navigate inventory system “NETSUITE.”â¯
- Adhere to all company policies and standards.â¯
- Various other duties and tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications
- At least 1 or more years of warehouse experience working with Solar
- Must be familiar with solar materials (panels, tile hooks, tilt scales, strut applications, etc.)
- Ability to read plans (blueprints) and use deductive reasoning to create lists of required materials for jobs
- Certified forklift driver a plus!â¯
- Must possess a valid California driver license and a minimum of 2 years driving for a company
- Computer experience a must - having worked with, "All Orders", inventory system a big plus
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Some college preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
- Ability to work with inventory management
- Ability to respond quickly to changes
- Strongâ¯organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standardsâ¯
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Pay: $17 to $22 per hr. DOE
