Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our client's Albion, MI office. (NO TRAVEL).

Note: Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. Quarterly bonuses add approximately $12,000 to $20,000 annually.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ commercial accounts primarily across the Midwest
  • Develop new relationships and convert inbound leads into long-term clients
  • Present solar designs and proposals with clear ROI and technical explanation
  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline updates and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Work full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week) with no required overtime
  • On-site role with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates
  • Eligible for quarterly performance-based bonuses of $12,000–$20,000 annually

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Solar sales experience or understanding of racking/PV design preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
