We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Solar Project Manager to oversee residential solar projects from post-sale to full interconnection. You’ll ensure projects move efficiently through design, engineering, permitting, installation, and utility approval while keeping customers and internal teams aligned.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage residential solar projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and utility partners.

  • Define scopes of work with engineering teams and track project budgets, invoices, and milestone-based payments.

  • Coordinate permits, approvals, and inspections while working closely with city officials and utility inspectors to secure necessary authorizations.

  • Lead risk mitigation efforts by identifying potential issues and ensuring compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and utility requirements.

  • Coordinate site evaluations, equipment deliveries, installation crews, and scheduling to meet project timelines.

  • Provide ongoing updates and guidance to clients, maintaining accurate project records and reporting progress to leadership.

  • Liaise with local utilities and AHJs for permit applications and interconnection documentation.

  • Exceptional communication skills to coordinate across teams and with customers.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management and collaboration tools.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.

Why You’ll Love Working at Terra Energy

  • Be part of a mission-driven company shaping the future of clean energy.

  • Collaborative, growth-oriented team environment.

  • Competitive pay + health, dental, vision, PTO, and holidays off.
