The Post Installation Manager will play an instrumental role in the execution of all decisions and activities after an install has been completed. The PIM is the problem solver, the subject matter expert, and the leader of all things Solar. This is a mid to senior level position with plenty of room for growth.
Responsibilities
- Problem Solving:
- Act as the primary troubleshooter, addressing challenges and issues that may arise post-installation.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Subject Matter Expertise:
- Serve as the go-to expert for all matters related to Solar operations post-installation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continuously enhance our solar offerings.
- Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and top leadership to drive excellence in Solar operations.
- Process Optimization:
- Streamline and optimize post-installation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and contribute to the development of standardized procedures.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure installations meet or exceed industry standards.
- Implement measures to continuously improve the quality of post-installation services.
Required skills and experience:
- 3+ years of experience on the operations side of the residential solar industry
- 1+ year of reporting and managerial skills
- Experience managing and training in a process-driven environment
- Detailed understanding and experience of all aspects of residential solar operations, post installation
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship building skills
- High aptitude for time management, meeting deadlines, and driving projects to completion no matter what the challenges may be
- Focus on system, process, management, leadership and problem solving
- Working with top leaders in the company to improve systems and processes and drive success of their office
- Attention to detail and capability of driving top KPIs while simultaneously actively managing the entire team
- Tech Savvy - capable of using digital messaging systems, email, text, CRM, etc.
Salary: $60,000-$75,000/year
Salary - Exempt
