Solar Electricians- per diem available

Skillforce is hiring experienced Solar Electricians immediately for projects in Pamplin and Alberta, Virginia.  These projects run 50+ hours per week and are expected to last several months, with continued travel work available afterward.  Pay is up to $35/hr plus $125/day per diem, paid for all 7 days.

What You’ll Do:

• Install PV wiring and terminations
• Set up underground duct banks
• Manage module connections and wire leads
• Handle large AC/DC wire installations and terminations

What You Need:

• Proven solar installation experience
• OSHA 10 certification
• Able to pass all pre-employment screenings
  
  

Pay & Schedule:

• Up to $35/hr plus $125/day per diem (7 days, unless you miss work)
• 50+ hrs/week – Mon-Fri, 10-hour shifts, potential OT and weekend work, as needed.
