Mpower is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a full time W-2 Residential Solar Setter representative at our Bronx, NY location. The ideal candidate will have a relentless work ethic, positive mental attitude, strong critical thinking skills and will be highly ambitious. Optimally, in line with the company’s growth goals, the candidate will matriculate into Senior Solar Leader in less than 12 months and earn 3x their starting income.

 

Responsibilities

Income Expectation:

  • Competitive salary starting $50,000-$90,000; We offer base pay, commissions, and bonuses

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales appointments with prospective customers at their home
  • Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience
  • Participate in daily in-office training camps focused on increasing your earning potential, team building and mentorship from our leaders
  • Support Solar Account Executives through effective communication and note taking

Qualifications:

  • 1 (one) year of experience in a door-to-door sales, canvassing, or service position preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly intelligent, problem-solving mindset
  • Competitive, money-driven personality
