We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SMQT (Site Management Quality Testing) Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality assurance assessments and surveys at various construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform SMQT inspections and surveys at construction sites to evaluate the quality of work, materials, and processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct measurements, record data, and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and compliance documents.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate any quality concerns during the construction process.

Qualifications:

• SMQT Certification is required.
