Our Pittsburgh team serves the greater metro area, including Robinson Township, Monroeville, Cranberry Township, Bethel Park, and surrounding communities.
• Uncapped commission with average earnings of $70,000 to $120,000+ per year

This is a hybrid, in-person sales position combining retail and door-to-door outreach.
• Engage customers in high-traffic retail locations
• Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Pittsburgh area
• Educate homeowners on the financial benefits of switching to solar
• Schedule consultations and present customized energy solutions
• Build strong relationships within local communities
• Set and exceed personal income goals
• Motivated, goal-driven individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfortable initiating conversations in retail environments and neighborhoods
• Coachable, competitive, and resilient
• No experience required — full training provided
• Previous sales or door-to-door experience is a plus
• Full-Time | Commission-Based
