Quantity Surveyor (Construction Project)

Premier Resources Group is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support a high-profile pharmaceutical construction project in the Indianapolis metro area. This role will oversee cost control, budgeting, and commercial management for a large-scale, technically complex facility build.
Key Responsibilities:Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow analysis
Conduct quantity take-offs, valuations, and payment applications
Support contract administration and change order management
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
Provide risk and value management assessments
Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with Company standards
5+ years of experience in quantity surveying within large-scale construction
Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing projects preferred
Strong cost reporting and commercial management skills
Proficient in industry tools such as CostX, Bluebeam, or MS Excel
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
