Quality Control Technician-Solar

We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to support our Quality Control Manager in ensuring high standards across solar construction projects. This role involves inspections, reporting, and identifying issues before production. We’re a family-owned company that values teamwork, integrity, and a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections (posts, racking, modules, electrical, etc.)
• Document test results and generate inspection reports
• Identify deficiencies and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Support the Quality Control Manager

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in construction or solar (preferred)
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Valid driver’s license (clean record)
• OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E (preferred)
• Willing to travel 100% and work outdoors in all conditions
• Must pass background check and drug screening
