Job Purpose: 

Being part of the Creative team, the Product Photographer will be responsible for capturing high quality images of outdoor gear, such as, but not limited to: Cameras, scopes, accessories. These photos will be used in e-commerce, print catalogs, social media and man other platforms. This role is pivotal, as it will showcase our products in it's best light to outdoor enthusiasts nationwide.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

• Researching the product to understand how best to photograph it.
• Sourcing props that will enhance the product.
• Staying up to date with the latest image editing software.
• Develop and maintain a photographic database of product images
• Manage product photoshoots from concept to post-production
• Maintain and promote high-quality work standards
• Organize and maintain product image library
• Maintain product library and ensure image availability
• Ensure that photography processes are repeatable and scalable
• Develop product images, staging, and lighting for product photography
• Manage all product photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops
• Inspire and produce product photography
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Inventory teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Studio lighting proficiency.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Demonstrated ability to curate and organize visual content effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Highly organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography or related fields OR 5 years of equivalent work experience or a strong portfolio will also be considered.
• Proficiency in photography software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom).
• 2-5 years of DSLP/mirrorless product photography.
