Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Engineering experience OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Engineering experience OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Engineering experience OR
Master’s degree and 4 years of Engineering experience OR
Doctorate degree and 2 years of Engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or industries that support the pharmaceutical supply chain
Demonstrated accomplishments in manufacturing or supply-chain areas with strong fundamental knowledge of thermal packaging systems, packaging engineering, material science, and/or transportation-quality systems
Experience in conducting technical assessments with service providers on reusable shipping solutions, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate sustainability goals
Ability to communicate and work with a range of technically and culturally diverse people, influence them to execute for a common goal, and deliver value-added results that meet high-quality requirements within a tight schedule
Experience in communications/presentations, organizational and technical skills in issue resolution, and a high degree of emotional intelligence
Ability to successfully manage rapidly changing priorities in a very dynamic environment
Experience in project management and FDA type Quality Management Systems
Ability to lead projects independently and take ownership and accountability of assigned tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Familiarity with the following programs/software: SAP Arriba, Trackwise, Minitab, MS Office (Visio, Excel, Word, PPT), CDOCS, SharePoint, Smartsheet, etc.
Experience in thermal simulation and modeling software (ANSYS, SmartCAE) is a plus

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
