Join Our Seasonal School Photography Team – Based in Salem/Keizer, OR

Dorian Studio has been capturing memories that last a lifetime since 1914. As a family-owned business, we value both our customers and our team. We believe work should be rewarding, supportive, and fun—and we're looking for positive, energetic people to join our seasonal photography team in the Greater Salem/Keizer area.

If you have a background in hospitality or customer service, enjoy working with children, and thrive in a high-energy, people-focused environment, this could be the perfect fit. No professional photography experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing support, and plenty of fun along the way!

Position Details:

• Type: Seasonal (with year-round opportunities for top performers)
• Schedule: Early mornings, Monday-Friday
• Pay: Competitive wages + paid mileage + advancement opportunities 
• Location: Must be able to report to our Keizer studio and travel to schools across Salem, Independence, and Albany
• Fall Season: Runs from August through approximately November 
• Mandatory Paid Training Dates: Must be available for Monday, August 18th, 19th, and 20th in our Portland office

Position Details:

Transport and set up photography & computer equipment at school sites

Greet students and school staff in a warm and professional manner

Photograph students and staff following Dorian's trained procedures

Complete accurate end-of-day paperwork

Maintain professionalism and represent Dorian with pride

Collaborate with the larger Dorian team through training, communication, and support- even while working solo on site

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented with a team mindset
• Strong customer service background (hospitality, basista, retail, etc.)
• Comfortable working with children of all ages and abilities
• Reliable, insured personal transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable commuting around Salem and the surrounding area
• Able to lift and operate equipment (up to 40lbs)
• Consistent access to a cell phone and the internet
• Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated 

Bonus Points For:

1+ year of photography experience & 1+ year of customer-facing experience 

Speaking Spanish abilities
