Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, people focused and motivated Onsite Equipment Mapping Specialist to join our team to work remote and also visit and onboard our clients across the United States. As a Field Service Representative at FacilityONE, you will be responsible for ensuring proper asset/equipment field documentation, outstanding customer satisfaction, and on-time project completion.
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform on-site and virtual customer field documentation of equipment and assets
Track, document and manage the progression of work
Perform on-site customer training
Complete software validation and data entry of documented assets
Consult with client regarding solutions and implement selected solutions
Operate a vehicle in a safe manner
Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) software
Work closely with other team members
Build relationships and trust with customers
Assist with other project areas as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
0-1 years of experience in field service or similar customer facing role
Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
75% travel
Ability to work remotely and be self-managed and motivated.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt process to reach best solution
Comfortable in mechanical & outdoor environments (kitchens, roof tops)
Team player able to collaborate with all departments and levels within organization
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to work an on-call rotation for customer support
Ability to climb, lift and move through a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces.
superior interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using mobile tools and applications
Technical degree or certification (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment (preferred but not required)
