Lifestyle Photographer (Digital + Web) Description:
The Lifestyle Photographer (Digital + Web) is integral to FEATURE’s success, as they are responsible for creating high-quality digital content for multiple platforms at FEATURE, including the website, mobile app, email newsletters, and organic/paid social media. This person will focus on developing industry-leading content that resonates with core and outreach consumers. The Lifestyle Photographer (Digital + Web) will work cross-functionally across departments while maintaining high standards for creative output. This position reports to the Lifestyle Photography manager and works closely with the Director of Brand Marketing. Time allocation is estimated as:
60% Editing
40% Lifestyle Photography
Primary Job Responsibilities:
60% Editing
Edits photos using Photoshop to prepare for marketing team distribution
Stays organized using DAM
Maintains high standards for creative output.
40% Lifestyle Photography
Captures high-quality images for multiple platforms while staying on brand
Styles and shoots lifestyle/studio photography for the following channels: website, email, organic/paid social media, and retail stores. Shoots will consist of e-commerce, product, and fashion photography
Directs/approves photoshoots and content
Collaborates with the content team for content/campaign direction and ideation.
Coordinates with the marketing department to ensure creative projects meet their requirements
Job Requirements:
2+ years experience in Photoshop
2+ years experience in Lightroom
1+ year experience in product photography
1+ year experience in fashion photography
1+ year experience in photo retouching
Proficient in Mac OS and Canon EOS System
Background in light design (strobe and continuous) and set design
