Licensed Esthetician- Full-Time | Destination Aesthetics- Roseville, CA

About the role
Destination Aesthetics is hiring a full-time Licensed Esthetician to join our Roseville team. This role is ideal for an experienced esthetician who is passionate about skin health, patient education, treatment planning, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide customized aesthetic treatments, support patients in achieving their skincare goals, and partner closely with the clinic team to create a welcoming, professional, and results-focused environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on esthetics experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin.

What you'll do

• Perform professional esthetic treatments in accordance with state regulations, company protocols, and clinic standards.
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend customized treatment plans based on patient goals and skin concerns.
• Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment expectations, aftercare, and maintenance plans.
• Support patient retention through excellent service, thoughtful follow-up, and personalized care.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and patient notes.
• Prepare treatment rooms, maintain cleanliness, and follow infection control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with providers, front desk, and clinic leadership to deliver a seamless patient experience.
• Support retail skincare recommendations and educate patients on appropriate home-care products.
• Represent Destination Aesthetics with professionalism, warmth, and a patient-first mindset.

What we’re looking for

• Active esthetician license in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed esthetician strongly preferred.
• Experience in a med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury aesthetic environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin health, skincare products, treatment protocols, and patient education.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinic team.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to patient safety.
• Open availability for a full-time schedule, including 5 eight-hour shifts and 1 Saturday per month.
• Comfortable using clinic technology and an iPad for documentation, scheduling, or patient support as needed.

Compensation and Schedule

• Employment type: Full-time
• Compensation: $22 – $25 per hour
• Bonus: Eligible for bonus structure
• Schedule: Open availability; 5 eight-hour shifts; 1 Saturday per month
