Role Overview:

The Healthcare Photographer is responsible for producing professional photography that supports physician marketing, clinic branding, and digital campaigns. 

This role focuses on provider headshots, lifestyle clinic photography, and event photography that replaces stock imagery with authentic visual storytelling across CLS Health’s marketing channels. 

You will travel to CLS Health locations to capture professional portraits and staged lifestyle imagery that reflects real patient care environments. 

Responsibilities

Physician & Staff Photography 

• Conduct professional headshot sessions for physicians and clinical staff across CLS Health locations 
• Ensure consistent visual standards across all physician portraits 
• Direct subjects during shoots to produce polished, professional images 

Deliver retouched images optimized for: 

• provider profile pages 
• marketing campaigns 
• physician directories 
• recruitment materials 

Lifestyle & Clinic Photography 

Plan and execute lifestyle photography sessions featuring physicians in authentic clinic environments 

Capture imagery for: 

• website pages 
• marketing campaigns 
• social media 
• recruitment materials 

Replace stock photography with real CLS Health imagery that reflects patient care environments. 

Event Photography 

Photograph events such as: 

• clinic openings 
• community outreach events 
• marketing activations 
• internal CLS Health initiatives 

Deliver edited photos within established timelines. 

Image Editing & Asset Delivery 

Perform professional photo editing including: 

• color correction 
• lighting adjustments 
• retouching 
• cropping and formatting 

Deliver finalized images organized for marketing team use. 

Maintain consistent file naming and storage practices within the CLS Health asset library. 

Required 

• 2+ years of photography experience or strong professional portfolio 
• Experience shooting professional headshots or portrait photography 
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent editing software 
• Experience shooting in varied lighting environments 
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency 
• Ability to travel across Greater Houston clinic locations 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to direct physicians and staff during shoots 

Preferred 

• Experience in healthcare, corporate, or professional services photography 
• Experience capturing lifestyle or brand photography 
• Portfolio demonstrating portrait, lifestyle, and event photography 

What Success Looks Like 

Within the first 90 days, you will establish consistent physician headshot standards and begin building a library of authentic clinic imagery. 

Within six months, CLS Health marketing channels will feature significantly more real photography, strengthen brand credibility, and reduce reliance on stock imagery.
