We have done business across the United States and expanded our services to much more than portable toilets to include portable: bunk houses, campers, flushable restroom trailers, laundry facilities, mobile command centers, light towers, refrigeration units, water storage containers, temporary fencing, and generators.

Job Overview:


We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Videographer to join our team and help elevate our brand across multiple markets.


This role is ideal for a highly motivated creative professional who can bring ideas to life through compelling graphics and engaging video content. The right candidate will play a key role in shaping our visual identity, supporting marketing initiatives, and driving brand growth across digital and print platforms.


The Graphic Designer & Videographer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, website updates, print materials, recruitment efforts, and promotional initiatives. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership and marketing to ensure consistent branding and impactful messaging.

Requirements


Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative assets for digital and print marketing, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, and website visuals.
  • Capture, edit, and produce professional-quality video content for social media, advertising campaigns, recruitment marketing, and internal communications.
  • Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit video projects that effectively showcase our services, team, and customer success stories.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to develop visual solutions that support business goals.
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library of photos, videos, and design files.
  • Stay current on design trends, social media best practices, and video production techniques.
  • Other duties, as assigned.  

Requirements


Portfolio Required:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design and videography.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign (experience with Illustrator and Premiere Pro strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with Canva and video editing software.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design, branding, and video production skills (portfolio submission required with resume).
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience shooting and editing video with professional equipment or high-quality mobile production.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing social media content creation.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and lighting techniques.
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including branding and audience engagement.
  • Experience in construction, service-based, or event industries is a plus.

Job Type: Full Time


Work Location: This position will be based at our headquarters in Norwich, NY and is not a remote position.
