You will work closely with internal teams to support product development, system optimization, and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) models for fluid flow, heat transfer, and thermal management systems.
  • Conduct thermal and flow simulations to support product design and system performance optimization.
  • Set up and carry out lab experiments to test predictions from CFD models and to improve model accuracy.
  • Generate technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.   Advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Strong foundation in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics.
  • Proficiency in CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, Star-CCM+, COMSOL, or OpenFOAM.
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or C++) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a product development lifecycle and R&D environment.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and carrying out fluid flow and thermal experiments.
  • Experience working with gas flow controllers.
  • Familiarity with the design and function of gas flow controllers.
  • Knowledge of flow calibration techniques and laboratory procedures.
