Position Summary The Senior Test Technician position performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and testing of various electrical/electronic equipment.

Self-monitor work progress against fast-paced area benchmarks and achieve on time delivery of all work
Assist with area efficiency and 6S improvement projects
Assist other departments with job duties and tasks, as needed within the scope of expertise
Complete additional job duties and tasks as assigned and instructed by supervisor
Perform maintenance and alteration tasks in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturersβ instructions for continued airworthiness, services bulletins, service letters, airworthiness directives, government and industry standard practices, and other data acceptable to or approved by the FAA.
Complete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures, with limited supervision.
Properly record the work performed on the appropriate maintenance record.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
Physical Requirements
Approximately 80% sitting and 20% standing/walking about in-door Company facilities.
Lift and Carry up to 45 lbs.
Use hand tools, and power tools.
Use head and neck in static position, looking up/down and side-to-side.
Perform major hand grasping and fine finger manipulations using both hands.
Perform light lifting from floor, table and shelf.
Push and pull carts or mobile tables, loaded and unloaded.
Minimal: heavy lifting from floor or higher, bending, twisting, climbing, lifting arms above shoulders, kneeling.
