We are seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our growing team supporting utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for operators who enjoy traveling, working on large-scale ground-mount projects, and advancing quickly within a fast-growing company.
Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, and forklifts
Dozer or scraper experience is a plus
Support construction of 5–20 MW utility-scale, ground-mount solar projects
Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Travel full-time between project sites
Proven experience operating heavy equipment
OSHA 10 certification (required)
Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Per diem paid 7 days a week
