Are you ready to set the standard for Premium apparel?

Main purpose of the Ecommerce Photographer  role:

To execute high quality photography, optimize team’s productivity and proper uploads for Revolve and Forward; site and mobile.

Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Photograph women’s and men’s apparel and accessories for REVOLVE and FWRD sites, including Ready-to-Wear and flats. 
• Follow art direction and category-specific style guides to ensure visual consistency in composition, styling, and lighting 
• Process and color correct images using Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite
• Handle shoot prep, file management, renaming, and final asset delivery
• Collaborate with stylists, models, and producers for efficient and high-quality execution
• Support Stills and Assistant photographers as needed across teams
• Stay up to date on and respond to email communication in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides to track tasks, updates, and documentation
• Contribute to team training and project support including:
  • Film photography
  • Offsite post-processing
  • Homepage Flats o Light Tests

Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Proficient in Canon systems, Profoto Lighting, Capture One, and Adobe Suite 
• Knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides 
• Detail-oriented with strong lighting, color accuracy, and product styling sensibilities 
• Comfortable in a high-volume studio with fast-paced turnaround expectations 
• Strong troubleshooting, time management, and collaboration skills 
• Clear communicator, responsive to emails and team needs
• Receptive to feedback, solution-oriented, and team-minded

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Photography or equivalent professional experience 
• Online portfolio or PDF 
• Proficient in Mac OS
• Physically able to lift 25+ lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ year’s experience in high-volume e-commerce photography  
• Experience with fashion, lifestyle, and model photography  
• Familiarity with Capture One and tethered shooting workflows

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $24 to $26/hr.
