POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Ecommerce Photographer supports our Creative team and Photography Manager by shooting products in a high-volume ecommerce photography studio. This position is responsible for ensuring all ecommerce assets products are on brand and relevant to FEATURE. The Ecommerce Photographer must be well-versed in prepping products such as apparel, shoes, bags, accessories, etc., and be able to utilize required photograph and editing programs/equipment. 

                       

Primary Job Responsibilities:                         

  • Photograph a variety of products using specific product guidelines regarding their particular product category                         
  • Edit product using Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Lightroom and Photoshop                          
  • Understand and adjust the lighting needed to photograph each product                     
  • Maintain uniformity across photography and edits to match current products                           
  • Meet end of day deadlines for both shooting and editing                                     
  • 42 Products shot a day                                   
  • 33 Products edited a day                            
  • Receive and organize incoming products and organize outgoing product                             
  • Check-in with Photography Manager daily                              
  • Organize products throughout Creative Space at each stage of completion                        
  • Follow and maintain file organization processes                          
  • Utilize task management programs                            
  • Maintain cleanliness of Creative Space

JOB REQUIREMENTS:                             

  • Associate's degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience                           
  • Full time & open availability (Monday - Sunday)                          
  • 1+ year’s experience in a professional lifestyle studio                          
  • Experience in off model photoshoots for apparel, footwear, & accessories                            
  • 1+ year’s experience in a high-volume or production environment           
  • Understanding of lighting techniques and composition                           
  • Proficiency with in-studio cameras and various photography equipment                           
  • Proficient in standard photography software 
  • Adobe Photoshop (Pen & Liquify tools)                                   
  • Adobe Lightroom (File renaming, organization, color correction, exposure)                                                            
  • Ability to effectively communicate to the Marketing and Creative teams to ensure successful outcomes                 
  • Ability to manage time to meet tight deadlines 
  • Ability to adapt to change                         
  • Embodies a willingness to learn                          
  • Maintains a positive attitude                       
  • Ability to provide an up-to-date portfolio demonstrating studio work
