As a Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with homeowners to educate them about the benefits of solar energy. This is a high-energy, people-focused role where success comes from persistence, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
Engage with homeowners in designated territories through door-to-door outreach.
Educate potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar energy.
Schedule consultations and collect necessary customer information for follow-up.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.
Previous sales, customer service, or canvassing experience preferred (but not required — training provided).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in face-to-face interactions.
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Reliable transportation to cover assigned territories.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience a plus.
