Ayoroa Simmons is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to oversee and lead our Geomatics Division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all land surveying operations, driving the growth and development of the division, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects to clients. You will lead a team of project managers, surveyors, and technicians, oversee project planning and execution, and serve as the key liaison between the Geomatics Division and key clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. DOT project experience is essential for this role, as the successful candidate will oversee a variety of transportation-related projects. Dual licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred. This job shall be performed in the Lexington, Kentucky office.

Our best estimate of the salary range for this position located in Lexington, Kentucky is $110,000–$145,000. The final compensation will be based on a variety of factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, the scope and complexity of role responsibilities.
