    •   Destinations Coach-ECV Grades 6-8 After-School

    Major Responsibilities:
    • Work with and oversee ECV instructors to improve student achievement in math and literacy.
    • Make recommendations regarding student learning plans and intervention strategies for students attending the program.
    • Serve as liaison between parents, ECV staff, ASI teachers, and general education teachers.
    • Provide small group and one-on-one tutoring as part of the after-school program.
    • Assist with the ordering of supplies and materials for the after-school program.
    • Report directly to the ECV Executive Director.
    • Order instructional materials.
    • Use student data to inform instruction.
    Duration of Assignment: October 2025-December 2025. Approximately 5-6 hours per week.

    Qualifications:
    • NJ teaching certificate.
    • Strong background in effective instructional strategies.
    • Strong commitment and belief that all children can achieve.
    • Expertise in NJ Student Learning Standards for Math and Literacy.
    Location: Lawrence Neighborhood Center-Eggerts Crossing Village

    Hourly Rate: $47.92
