We are looking for a motivated and organized Destination Support Coordinator to assist clients with arranging well-structured and stress-free trips. This role focuses on research, coordination, and ensuring each client receives accurate information and dependable support throughout the planning process.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, then help assemble complete plans that include lodging, transportation, and scheduled experiences. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys managing details, staying organized, and working independently in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
Gather client preferences, schedules, and planning requirements
Research destination options, accommodations, and transportation
Coordinate and confirm bookings accurately and on time
Prepare itineraries, confirmations, and planning materials
Respond to client questions and assist with adjustments
Maintain clear records and documentation
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience in customer service or support roles is a plus
