Destination Research & Planning Coordinator

Role 

We are looking for organized, detail oriented individuals who enjoy planning, researching, and helping create exceptional travel experiences. This fully remote role involves researching destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with itinerary planning while working with established travel suppliers.

Core Responsibilities

Destination Research

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Stay informed on travel requirements, entry guidelines, and supplier information.
• Recommend travel options based on client preferences and budgets.

Itinerary Coordination

• Assist with planning customized travel itineraries.
• Coordinate hotels, cruises, resorts, transportation, tours, and activities.
• Help ensure travel details are accurate and well organized.

Supplier Communication

• Work with established travel suppliers and vendors to confirm reservations and travel arrangements.
• Request quotes, availability, and special accommodations when needed.

Booking & Documentation

• Maintain accurate client and booking records.
• Review travel documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Organize travel confirmations and itinerary details.
