Schedule: Monday–Friday, with on-call availability during rain events
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
The Customer Service Manager serves as the central point of contact for all inbound communication across multiple divisions, including solar and roofing operations. This role is responsible for delivering responsive, professional support to customers, builders, and internal teams while ensuring issues are handled efficiently and escalated appropriately.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational flow, including coordinating urgent responses during weather-related events.
Manage all inbound calls and inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional communication
Serve as the primary communication hub across solar and roofing divisions
Route requests to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely follow-up
Support homeowners, builders, and partners with service requests and project-related questions
Handle customer concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach
Coordinate scheduling and communication between customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of interactions, service requests, and resolutions
Identify recurring issues and communicate trends to leadership
Remain on-call during rain events to coordinate emergency response and support urgent customer needs

Experience working across teams in a fast-paced environment
Primarily office-based with frequent phone and computer use
Availability for on-call support during weather events, including evenings or weekends as needed
