Job Purpose:
- The Construction Site Surveyor at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will perform boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and as-built surveys to establish property lines, elevations, and features of the site. This role is crucial in ensuring that construction projects are executed according to design specifications and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and map construction sites to provide precise data for planning and building purposes.
- Conduct boundary surveys to define property lines and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Perform topographic surveys to assess site elevations and features, aiding in the design and construction process.
- Execute as-built surveys to verify that construction aligns with design plans and specifications.
- Utilize technical proficiency in surveying equipment, software, and techniques to achieve high accuracy and precision.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and collaboration.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education:
- Surveyor in Training designation or Registered Professional Land Surveyor
