Position Requirements
Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on aircraft maintenance and repair experience strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of airframe/powerplant systems, inspection procedures, and troubleshooting
- Able to work independently and thrive in a team environment
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Experience with the Airbus Family or B737 Aircraft
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced maintenance and repairs to meet FAA and customer standards
- Remove, install, and service aircraft components, engines, and accessories
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals and safety documentation
- Conduct inspections and identify structural materials (aluminum, composite, etc.)
- Replace filters, conduct lubrication, perform leak checks
- Research and follow approved repair procedures for discrepancies
- Use Client’s ERP system to track parts, verify alternates, and check compatibility
- Work safely with hand tools and technical equipment in varying physical positions
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Train and support apprentices as assigned
- Maintain accurate documentation: work orders, task cards, logs, etc.
- Apply working knowledge of ATA codes, airframe zones, and aviation standards
- Perform engine and accessory servicing, aircraft jacking, and leveling
- Take on additional duties as needed to support team success

- Independent Decisions: Perform day-to-day responsibilities in alignment with safety and company procedures
- Requires Approval: Time-off requests and other exceptions requiring leadership input
