The Role
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Account Sales Director for our Solar Construction Technology division. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and expanding market share for Terabase Energy’s innovative products and technologies in the solar construction sector. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies, build and maintain customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Location: Remote, with some travel required (up to 30%).

This role offers a base salary of $170,000 – $190,000 (DOE) along with an uncapped commission structure.
The commission plan is designed to reward your contributions, with the opportunity to earn up to 2x base salary — meaning top performers can more than double their total compensation.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each posted range, individual pay is determined (and may be greater or higher), dependent on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
