26-27 District Photographer

The School District Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality images that showcase the students, staff, and events within the district. This role involves taking professional photographs for promotional materials, yearbooks, websites, and other district publications. The ideal candidate has experience in photography, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend scheduled home games and select away games (as agreed).
• Capture action shots, team photos, candid moments, and special events (e.g., senior nights, playoffs).
• Provide edited, high-resolution digital images within 3�5 days of each event.
• Organize and archive photos by date/sport for easy access.
• One Session with each athletic team (approx. 72 teams/24 teams per season)
• Attendance at large athletic events: Homecoming, Pep Rally, Senior Nights, Signing Days, Major Athletic Milestones.
• Hours: Approx. 2-4 Hours per event
• Up to 5 district evening non-athletic events (additional chaperone pay beyond 5 events at the discretion of the Superintendent)

Stipend Amount: $9000 (prorated)

• Additional chaperone pay for Championship, Sectional and Regional games outside of the regular season at the discretion of the Athletic Director.
• Additional Chaperone pay for evening non-athletic events discretion of the Superintendent.
