You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location with an onsite work schedule. 

In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that workflows are efficient and effective, leading to improved productivity and cost savings. Your contributions will support the ISC's mission to deliver high-quality services and solutions to our customers.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflow processes that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for workflow processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across the organization


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • At least six (6) years of experience in workflow management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and improve workflow processes.
  • Proficiency in workflow management tools and software.
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation.
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations and best practices.

FAA REQUIREMENTS
