THE ROLE 


 As a Videographer / Editor you’ll
elevate and grow our studio by creating commercials, branded content, social videos and more. You’ll help us bring ideas to life with heart, precision, and a strong point of view. And you’ll be surrounded by a team that values collaboration, creativity, and doing work that actually makes a difference—both for brands and for the people they’re trying to reach. This role is guided by and in the care of Hart’s Video Studio Director
 


 

HERE’S WHAT YOU WOULD DO 

  • Shoot and edit a wide range of video content-short-form, long-form, branded, and everything in between 
  • Help shape stories from the ground up 
  • Create simple motion graphics and work with designers
    to bring art to life
     
  • Collaborate with producers, directors, art directors and writers to bring work from concepts to final deliverables 
  • Manage your time and workflow to keep projects moving smoothly 
  • Stay
    on top of trends in editing, visual style, and content formats-and bringing fresh ideas to the table
     

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR 

  • A uniquely beautiful portfolio that shows your passion, curiosity and the high quality work you've created which best represents your talents. 
  • Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic. 
  • No ego. 
  • A degree in TV or Film; Media Production; Visual Technology; or related field is preferred but not  
  • 2+ years of industry-based experience 
  • Video production, cinematic lighting and strong editing skills 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe CC (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or other industry-standard editing platforms 
  • Professional experience on location and studio sets 
  • Passionate about learning and driven to stay ahead of quickly evolving technology

  • You have very strong interpersonal skills and top-notch verbal and written communication skills.

  • You are an inclusive and supportive team player who can work in cross-functional teams with people of different grades and backgrounds. 
  • You have a penchant for results and an entrepreneurial mindset; you bring a can-do mentality to everything you touch. 
  • You can work fast and independently with great precision and accuracy.
