We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Videographer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that communicates stories with impact. You’ll collaborate with designers, writers, and marketers to bring ideas to life, while also contributing your own creative vision.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll own projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring that each video aligns with client goals, company standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, shoot, and edit video projects using professional equipment and software.
  • Manage video assets, file organization, and archives to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Work directly with clients to understand their vision and present creative solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on messaging and production goals.
  • Capture and edit content that integrates graphics, music, sound effects, and dialogue.
  • Stay current on new tools, techniques, and trends in video production.
  • Troubleshoot challenges with flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  • Travel as needed and work onsite at our Melbourne, Florida office.

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in video/film editing or multimedia production.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, Lightroom Classic, and Photoshop (After Effects and Illustrator a plus).
  • Strong skills in lighting and camera operation for both studio and on-location shoots.
  • Experience with audio mixing, music selection, and color correction.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and visual detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team setting.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 25 lbs; commercial drone license a plus.
