About EPIC Health

At EPIC Health, we’re not just here to produce content—we’re here to tell the stories that matter. We serve communities who need more than routine care—they need radical compassion, breakthrough solutions, and healthcare that sees the whole person. As part of our mission-driven team, you’ll help create media that reflects the power of this work and amplifies its reach.

About the Role

Are you a one-person production powerhouse? Do you see a rough video idea and instantly start planning shots, scripting scenes, and imagining the perfect punchline? Good. We're looking for a Videographer who thrives on speed, creativity, and the thrill of hitting “publish.”

This is your chance to turn everyday moments into memorable stories—and do it all in a fast-paced environment that celebrates bold thinking and meaningful results.

Who You Are

You’re not a perfectionist—you’re a production realist. You know how to take a spark of an idea and turn it into a finished video that grabs attention and drives action. You’re comfortable directing people on-camera, editing with purpose, and launching content across multiple channels. Fast turnaround is your love language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire video production process — concept to creation to launch

  • Shoot and produce video content: sit-down interviews, b-roll, on-location shoots

  • Record and edit a weekly podcast, then chop it into short, punchy clips for social media

  • Storyboard, script, shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos that align with our brand

  • Direct on-screen staff and guide non-actors to feel natural and confident on camera

  • Adapt video content for different platforms (web, social media, email, etc.)

  • Prioritize speed and story over polish — we want impact, not Oscars

  • Keep the process organized and repeatable, without stifling creativity

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and strategy

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience in videography, video editing, and digital storytelling

  • Strong knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)

  • Natural ability to lead, direct, and put people at ease on camera

  • A creative, get-it-done mindset — you don’t wait for permission or perfect lighting

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times

  • A portfolio that shows your range — from candid and clever to clear and professional

Bonus Points For

  • Experience launching video campaigns on YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects, Canva, etc.)

  • A sharp sense of humor that plays well on camera

  • Podcast production experience
