Dealership Vehicle Inventory Photographer (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Route: Burlingame, Redwood City & surrounding areas
Pay: $25.00++ per hour
Hourly pay includes base pay plus per-vehicle photo incentives

About the Role
Pro-MotionPix is hiring a full-time Dealership Vehicle Inventory Photographer to photograph and document vehicle inventory at local car dealerships.
Using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app, you’ll capture professional photos, 360° spins, and videos that help dealerships present their inventory accurately and attract buyers online.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors. If you like cars, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in producing quality work, this could be a great fit.
No photography experience required — paid training is provided.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
(mileage reimbursed between dealership stops)
- Capture high-quality vehicle photos, videos, and 360° spins using a company-issued iPhone
- Locate keys, move vehicles, and stage them properly for photography
- Apply window labels and stickers as needed
- Verify vehicle information for accuracy
- Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness
- Work independently while meeting daily productivity and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated, dependable individuals who are comfortable working independently and outdoors.
You’ll be successful if you:
- Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Are comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required)
- Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Can handle light physical work, including moving and staging vehicles
- Are organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly and provide professional customer service
- Are comfortable using mobile technology and learning new tools
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfort working outdoors and performing physical tasks
- Willingness to learn photography and inventory processes
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Manual transmission experience is a plus
