ProteQ is seeking an Unmanned Systems Program Analyst to support the Naval Special Warfare Expeditionary Support Facility in Little Creek, VA.
Specific Duties
- Responsible for organizing and managing all program internal documentation on Flank Speed SharePoint database and ensuring version control is maintained.
- Attend key meetings, provide meeting minutes and action items, and follow up with responsible parties for completion and closure of actions.
- Work with Government APMs to develop Integrated Master Schedule and maintain and update schedule on reoccurring basis. Work with APMs to understand external IPT members scopes of work and develop work trackers accordingly.
- Must have the ability to coordinate with numerous subject matter experts in the areas of test and evaluation, engineering, logistics, finance, and engineering to support hardware delivery efforts, ability to decern key output of meetings and how it relates to larger program deliverable efforts.
- Create new, and modify existing presentation documentation using Microsoft Office and other Information Systems Products.
- Prepare and present SOCOM, WARCOM, OPNAV and Congressional (FO/GO) level program briefs.This includes development of Program Management Review (PMR) slides, Plan of the Weeks (POW) products, and Resource Sponsor Weekly SITREPs.
- Employee will essentially serve as the APM's Deputy; thus, the UxS Analyst must be able to backfill the APM position during respective APM out of office periods.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a minimum of five (5) years of relevant engineering experience.
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience with unmanned undersea systems.
- Experience with Department of Defense acquisition programs and policies
- Experience with Special Operations Command (SOCOM) acquisition programs and policies
- Knowledge of US Navy and SOCOM program objectives related to unmanned undersea systems.
- Experience coordinating with subject matter experts in the areas of test and evaluation, engineering, logistics and finance in order to complete tests or meet acquisition objectives or timelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Project.
- Experience assembling and briefing multi-slide presentations to senior officers and senior civil servants
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Previous (or active) TS/SCI clearance
- Previous experience working with/for Naval Sea Systems Command
- Previous experience with SOCOM manned undersea or unmanned undersea systems
- Previous experience working with Naval Undersea Warfare Centers, Applied Research Laboratories, or contractors conducting engineering support or training.
